Dr. Jessica Snelgrove Joins White River Health Family Care in Southside

White River Health has announced that Dr. Jessica Snelgrove will join WRH Family Care in Southside as a family medicine physician beginning in August.

Dr. Snelgrove will practice alongside Jennifer Blaney, APRN, James Bridgeman, APRN, Alisha Hightower, APRN, and Micah Moody, DNP, APRN, FNP-C., providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages.

Her practice will focus on preventive care, annual wellness visits, chronic disease management, immunizations, health screenings and treatment of acute illnesses. She will also care for patients managing asthma, diabetes, fibromyalgia, heart disease, hypertension and mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety and depression.

Dr. Snelgrove earned her medical degree and Master of Public Health from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences after completing a bachelor’s degree in biology from Ouachita Baptist University. She completed her Family Medicine Residency through UAMS North Central in Batesville and is a member of both the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Arkansas Academy of Family Physicians.

“I am passionate about serving patients in rural communities where quality access to healthcare is essential,” Snelgrove said. “I am excited to join the WRH family and look forward to building relationships with patients to help individuals and families achieve their health goals close to home.”

Dr. Snelgrove and her husband, Dusty, live in Batesville and are expecting their first child. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing games, walking and visiting America’s national parks.
