Three Riverview School District Library Media Specialists recently attended the Arkansas Association of Instructional Media Conference in Jonesboro to expand their knowledge and bring new ideas back to students and teachers in the district.

Heather Lee, Jenny Thompson, and Mary Kay Hill represented Riverview School District at the annual Arkansas Association of Instructional Media Conference, commonly known as AAIM.
The conference brought together Library Media Specialists from across Arkansas along with presenters from throughout the state and beyond. Participants explored new technological tools, educational resources, and innovative strategies designed to improve student learning and support classroom instruction.
During the conference, the Riverview educators collaborated with fellow librarians and educational leaders to exchange ideas and learn best practices that can be implemented in schools.
District officials said the experience will help enhance library services, educational opportunities, and classroom support throughout Riverview School District.
By attending professional development events such as the AAIM Conference, educators continue to stay informed about the latest innovations in education while finding new ways to engage students and support teachers.
