Searcy Parks & Recreation Announces Free 2026 Summer Programs for Kids in Searcy Arkansas

Families across White County are getting excited as Searcy Parks & Recreation officially announced its FREE 2026 Summer Programs lineup for children and families in Searcy Arkansas.

The summer schedule includes basketball clinics, soccer clinics, Nerf Wars, pickleball basics, arts and crafts, cheerleading, tie dye activities, family events, and the popular Searcy FIT Kids Rebound programs. Organizers say all programs are completely FREE for participants.

Registration is currently OPEN for all June programs. July registration will open June 1. Parents can register by calling the Carmichael Community Center at 501-279-1010 between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Family Day events are open to everyone and do not require registration. Officials say those activities are designed as come-and-go family experiences.

NEW for 2026 is the Tiny Tots Summer Spot, an indoor air-conditioned play area for younger children while older siblings participate in programs. Children using the area must remain accompanied by an adult at all times.

Programs will take place at the Carmichael Community Center located at 801 South Elm Street in Searcy.

The summer lineup includes activities for a wide range of ages throughout June and July including:

Basketball Skills & Drills
Soccer Clinics
Pickleball Basics
Cheerleading
Tie Dye
Nerf Wars
Shrinky Dinks
Family Day events
Glass From the Past
Searcy FIT Kids Rebound

Officials say space is limited for many activities and early registration is encouraged.
