Rotary Club of Batesville is now accepting nominations for its Outstanding Community Service Award recognizing individuals who are making a major impact across the community.
Rotary Club 2507 says the award honors people whose time, talents, dedication, and actions help improve the lives of others throughout the region.
Organizers are encouraging nominations for individuals who have dramatically impacted the community, healthcare workers who go beyond the call of duty, educators supporting students, and people who consistently go the extra mile to help others.
The organization says honorees serve as role models for compassion, service, and community leadership.
Nominations must be submitted by June 1.

Community members throughout Independence County are encouraged to nominate deserving individuals who make a positive difference every day.
