Vendor registration is now officially open for the 105th Independence County Fair as organizers prepare for another major celebration in Independence County during America 250 festivities.
Fair officials are currently accepting registrations for food vendors, commercial outdoor vendors, and inside business vendors. Organizers say spaces are available for businesses looking to advertise and connect with thousands of fairgoers during the annual event.
Food vendors offering funnel cakes, barbecue, ice cold drinks, and other fair favorites are encouraged to apply along with local businesses, crafts vendors, and commercial exhibitors.
Registration and payment can be completed online at icfair.com.
The registration deadline is Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11 PM.

The 105th Independence County Fair is also promoting the nationwide America 250 celebration marking the nation’s 250th anniversary from 1776 through 2026.
