Five Mile Mountain Road to Perform at Bluegrass Monday in Paragould April 27

Bluegrass fans in Northeast Arkansas will have the chance to experience a high-energy live performance as Five Mile Mountain Road takes the stage for Bluegrass Monday on April 27.

The concert begins at 7 PM at the Collins Theatre in downtown Paragould and is presented by KASU-FM. Doors open at 6 PM, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Five Mile Mountain Road is a 6-piece band known for blending traditional bluegrass with influences from Western swing, ragtime, jazz, and early country music, creating a unique “swingbilly” sound.

Band members bring an impressive list of accolades and experience, including national fiddle and banjo championships, performances at the Grand Ole Opry, and collaborations with well-known bluegrass and country artists.

Admission is $10 at the door, with free entry for those 18 and under. Advance tickets are available online, and all proceeds go directly to the musicians.

A bluegrass jam session will begin at 5 PM nearby, welcoming acoustic musicians to participate before the show.

The Bluegrass Monday series is held on the fourth Monday of each month, offering affordable, family-friendly entertainment to the region.
