Harding Academy high school robotics team from Searcy Arkansas is gaining national attention after a strong performance at a regional competition.

Team 3937 Breakaway recently competed at the Bayou Regional in Kenner, Louisiana, held April 3 through April 4, 2026. The team finished as an alliance finalist and was also awarded the prestigious Impact Award, one of the highest honors presented at the event.
The Impact Award recognizes the team that has made a significant and measurable difference in its community, highlighting outreach, leadership, and inspiration beyond the competition field.
Team members demonstrated both technical skill and community engagement throughout the event, earning recognition among competitors from across the region.
Following their success, Team 3937 Breakaway has qualified to compete at the World Championship in Houston, where they will represent Arkansas on a global stage.
School officials and supporters say the achievement reflects the hard work, innovation, and dedication of the students, mentors, and community behind the program.
