A secret informant led to an arrest in Conway, Arkansas!
Eugene Bogodonas, a 64-year-old Conway resident, was arrested on May 22, 2025, by the Conway Police Department. He faces multiple felony charges stemming from a controlled drug buy operation reportedly involving an informant wearing a secret recording device.
Secret Informant Leads To Arrest In Conway, Arkansas
According to case files, on December 30, 2024, Bogodonas allegedly sold less than one gram of methamphetamine to a confidential informant. The transaction occurred at his residence in Chateau trailer park, located at 475 E. Robins Trailer 140A.
Authorities charged Bogodonas with delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, a Class C felony. Additional charges include maintaining a drug premises and illegal use of a communication device.
The operation involved surveillance and a covert recording device, confirming Bogodonas’ involvement. A red Ford truck linked to him was also observed leaving the scene.
A warrant for his arrest was issued on May 16, 2025, based on sworn testimony from Lt. Andrew Burningham. Bogodonas is currently held following his booking at 2:28 p.m. on May 22.
