A man was killed while walking in North Little Rock.
A tragic accident occurred on March 13, 2025, at 10:23 p.m. on US Highway 70 near the 9800 block. Charles Anthony Watson, a 67-year-old pedestrian from North Little Rock, was killed in the crash.
Arkansas State Police have released an initial narrative concerning what happened.

According to the Arkansas State Police, Watson was walking east in the eastbound lane of traffic. A 2008 Honda traveling in the same direction struck him.
Watson, a male resident of North Little Rock, was confirmed deceased at the scene.
The vehicle, identified as a 2008 Honda, was heading east on US Highway 70. No additional vehicles were reported in the crash.
The collision took place in Pulaski County, within the city limits of North Little Rock.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
