An accident in Van Buren County, Arkansas has led to an arrest.
A male suspect with a Guatemalan resident ID was arrested on March 19, 2025, on Hwy 92E in Morganton. Arkansas State Police charged him with reckless driving with injury, driving without a license, and expired tags. You can view photographs below.
Accident In Van Buren County Leads To Sudden Arrest
The suspect’s work truck and trailer crossed the center line, encroaching on a Van Buren County resident’s lane. The victim’s Chevy pickup was struck on the driver’s side, forcing it off the road.
A responding trooper apprehended the suspect with assistance from Deputy Love. The deputy transported the driver to the Van Buren County Detention Center.
The suspect was booked into jail following the incident. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was promptly notified.
Authorities remind the public that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty. A court of law will determine the suspect’s fate.
