Police announce search after cow discovery in Arkansas.
On November 28th, 2024, Elkins Police Department reported a white cow has been found wandering in Elkins, looking for its owner, after being spotted near Sintson Street and later near Dollar General. You can view photos of the cow below.
Search Underway For Cow’s Owner In Arkansas
The cow, currently in a safe location, seems to be in good health but without an identifiable owner.
Elkins Police Department is seeking information from anyone who might recognize or claim ownership of this stray cow.
Authorities are hopeful that the rightful owner will come forward soon to reunite with their livestock.
