At the Searcy City Council agenda meeting last night, Andy Shiles was introduced as the new Finance Director. Shiles, who will be relocating from Germantown, Tennessee, is a graduate of the University of Memphis. His starting salary will be $80,000, plus benefits. Shiles expressed his enthusiasm about moving to Searcy and working with the City Council. He will begin his new role on August 26th.
