Her name is Cecelie Diane Loy. She didn’t tell law enforcement about her explicit social media accounts. At least, that’s what authorities are saying.
Cecelie Diane Loy, a 34-year-old Conway resident, faces eight counts of failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Arkansas Teacher Who Groomed Young Man Arrested Again
According to case files, Loy, convicted of second-degree sexual assault in a prior case, is required to register as a sex offender in Arkansas. Authorities allege she failed to update her registration with new addresses and social media accounts.
This comes after it was revealed that she was also arrested back in January as well for not registering as an offender. She also reportedly had drugs on her at the time of her previous arrest this year.
On April 17, 2025, Arkansas Community Corrections and Beebe Police located Loy at a residence in Beebe. The homeowner was unaware of Loy’s status and reported she had been staying there intermittently for two weeks.
Investigators found Loy had not reported her temporary residence in Beebe to local law enforcement. Her last registered update was on March 11, 2025, when she changed her phone number.
Each count of failing to register is a Class C felony, carrying potential prison time. Loy’s status as a habitual offender with prior felony convictions may lead to an extended sentence if convicted.
Court documents cite Arkansas Code 12-12-904, which mandates reporting changes in residence or social media within days. Loy’s failure to notify authorities of her OnlyFans and Facebook Messenger accounts also contributed to the charges.
A warrant for Loy’s arrest was issued based on probable cause established by Investigator Chelsea McDaniel. The case, numbered 23CR-25-446, is ongoing in Faulkner County Circuit Court.
She Previously Groomed A 17-Year-Old
In 2020, Cecelie Diane Loy, then a teacher at White County Central Schools, sexually assaulted a 17-year-old boy at a Walmart in Searcy, Arkansas. Court documents detail the incident that led to her conviction.
Loy later pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault. She was sentenced to 96 months of probation.
Text messages uncovered through a search warrant showed Loy’s response to the victim post-incident. She wrote:
“You clearly aren’t mature enough to handle this.”
In another message, Loy pleaded with the minor to keep the incident secret. She texted:
“This is my career.”
