A Batesville man is accused of stealing property from Lowe’s.
Brian Ray Mohlke, 37, from Batesville, Arkansas, was arrested on March 29, 2025, at 11:05 PM. He faces charges for allegedly stealing property valued between $1,000 and $5,000, according to White County Sheriff’s Office. You can view his photo below.
Batesville Man Arrested For Alleged Incident At Searcy Lowe’s
According to case files, the theft allegedly happened on December 13, 2024, at Lowe’s in Searcy, reportedly involving $1,113.90 in tools. Surveillance video allegedly shows Mohlke and another male leaving with unpaid items.
Searcy Police allegedly responded on January 8, 2025, after Lowe’s Asset Protection reported the incident. Corporal Matt Easley allegedly identified Mohlke from video evidence.
Mohlke, allegedly wearing a grey coat and brown beanie, and his accomplice allegedly filled carts with tools. They allegedly ignored an employee’s attempt to stop them and fled in a white pickup truck.
Charged with an alleged Class D felony, Mohlke’s bond is set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
The identity of the second suspect allegedly remains unclear. Police continue to investigate the incident that allegedly disrupted peace in White County.
