Conway Man Accused Of Theft And Fraudulent Use of a Credit/debit Card

Kylaus Williams-ford, 33, was booked into the Faulkner County jail on September 26, 2026, after being arrested by the Conway Police Department. He faces charges of theft by receiving ($2,500 or more) and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card.

According to the affidavit, Williams-ford is accused of receiving stolen property valued at $2,500 or more and of using a credit or debit card without authorization, as shown in the booking photograph below.
