Cabot Arkansas Mayor Honors Eagle Scouts Miles Keathley and Weston Bynum

The City of Cabot Arkansas recognized two outstanding young leaders during a recent City Council meeting, honoring Miles Keathley and Weston Bynum with Mayoral Proclamations for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.

Miles Keathley completed a project focused on outdoor recreation, planning and constructing a 16 foot by 5 foot bridge along a mountain biking trail near The Grounds park to improve accessibility.

Weston Bynum’s project supported education and community engagement by building and installing 2 Little Free Libraries near the Railyard Playground and The Grounds, encouraging reading for all ages.

City leaders say recognizing local Scouts is an important tradition, highlighting service, leadership, and dedication to improving the community.

The Mayor praised both Scouts for their hard work and commitment, noting their projects will benefit Cabot Arkansas residents for years to come.
