Tina Hall Named Chief Communications Officer at Arkansas Community Foundation Little Rock Arkansas

Arkansas Community Foundation has named Tina Hall as its new chief communications officer, strengthening leadership for branding, marketing, and communications across the state.

Hall brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications and leadership, working with higher education institutions and global nonprofit organizations.

Foundation President and CEO Jessica Ford said Hall’s experience and vision will help advance the organization’s mission of community development and statewide impact.

Hall most recently served 8 years as vice chancellor of marketing and communications at Henderson State University and 5 years as executive director of the Henderson Foundation.

She also spent 12 years with Heifer International, leading global brand strategy, executive communications, and crisis management efforts supporting sustainable development initiatives worldwide.

An Arkansas native, Hall earned her bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University and a master’s degree from University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

The Arkansas Community Foundation is celebrating 50 years of service in 2026, having awarded more than $600 million in grants and managing over $1 billion in assets while supporting communities through 29 local affiliates statewide.
