he Cabot High School cheer team has earned a top national honor, finishing 5th in the nation at the 2026 UCA National High School Cheerleading Championship in Orlando, Florida.

The team traveled to compete at the National School Spirit Championships held at Walt Disney World Resort, where elite squads from across the country showcased skill, precision, and teamwork on the national stage.
The UCA National Championship, organized by Universal Cheerleaders Association, is endorsed by the National Federation of High School Associations and emphasizes healthy participation, achievement, and sportsmanship.
Cabot Cheer leaders and supporters praised the athletes’ dedication and performance, calling the trip an unforgettable experience filled with hard work, heart, and Panther Pride. Coaches thanked families, fans, and the community for their continued support throughout the season.

The top-five national finish places Cabot among the most competitive high school cheer programs in the country this year.
