The 2026 Cave City Watermelon Festival is gearing up for one of its biggest years yet, officially announcing this year’s live music headliners. Country music icon Sammy Kershaw will take the main stage Saturday night, with Southern country favorites Confederate Railroad leading the Friday night lineup. Festival organizers say this year continues a beloved tradition of bringing top-tier entertainment to Cave City while celebrating the town’s world-famous watermelons.
The festival runs July 23, 24 & 25, 2026, offering live music, food, games, and the sweetest watermelons on earth. Families, visitors, and music fans alike are invited to mark their calendars and make plans for a summer weekend packed with small-town pride and unforgettable fun.
