Man in Van Buren County Accused Of Speeding And No Drivers License

Juvencio Diaz, 29, was booked into the Van Buren County jail on September 9, 2026. He was taken into custody by the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office on charges of speeding and driving without a license.

According to the booking photograph released by the sheriff’s office, Diaz is listed as being charged with speeding and driving without a license, as shown in the booking photograph below.

According to the court records, Diaz is accused of speeding. Prosecutors say the alleged violation involved exceeding the posted speed limit.

The court documents also allege that Diaz was driving without a valid driver’s license. According to the affidavit, he had no license at the time of the alleged offense.
