A suspect has been arrested after a car was reportedly stolen in Searcy, Arkansas.
A 29-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on a felony theft charge after a Beebe woman’s vehicle was stolen in March. Christopher Lee Flannigon was booked at 2:05 p.m. Sept. 2 by the White County Sheriff’s Office.

He is charged with theft of property valued at more than $5,000 but less than $25,000. Booking records list no release date.
Ashley Velasquez of Beebe reported her gray 2019 Subaru Outback, valued at $15,000, stolen on March 6. Patrol Deputy Tyler Reithbaum took the initial report.
The vehicle was located the next day at an apartment complex at 905 S. Elm Street in Searcy. It was found in drivable condition, though the key was missing.
Investigators identified Flannigon through Ring doorbell footage supplied by the victim and her statement. Street Crimes Unit Investigator Daniel Jarry signed the affidavit in case 26-6578.
Flannigon, listed as 5-foot-9 and 175 pounds, remained in custody Wednesday. The original affidavit was stamped “not arrested.”
