First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Rebekah Sandridge to senior vice president and reconciliation manager.
In her new role, Sandridge oversees the reconciliation of the bank’s cash and asset accounts, including general ledger and bank account reconciliations that support operations across the bank’s footprint.
First Community Bank says Sandridge brings nearly 21 years of banking experience and has become a respected leader within the bank’s operations division.
Bank officials credit her operational knowledge, attention to detail, collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement as key strengths in her new position.
Sandridge has deep ties to First Community Bank. She is the daughter of Troy Henley, one of the bank’s original employees who helped establish the institution in 1997.
She also credits longtime mentor Judy Swaim with helping shape her career.
Sandridge said she is grateful for the new opportunity and the confidence First Community Bank has placed in her.
“I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and the confidence First Community Bank has placed in me,” Sandridge said. “I was blessed to grow up around banking, learning from my dad and from Judy Swaim, who has been an incredible mentor throughout my career.”
Judy Swaim, senior vice president and chief operations officer, said Sandridge’s promotion reflects the leadership and professionalism she has demonstrated throughout her career.
Swaim said Sandridge has a strong understanding of bank operations and leads with integrity, humility and a desire to help others succeed.
Outside of work, Sandridge enjoys spending time with her family, reading, relaxing at the beach and spending evenings outdoors.
First Community Bank opened August 4, 1997, in Batesville and is locally owned and managed.
The bank currently operates 35 locations across Arkansas and Missouri, employs approximately 670 bankers and reported assets of $3.6 billion as of June 30, 2026.
