Pediatrics Plus has been recognized by Newsweek as one of America’s Greatest Midsize Workplaces in Health Care for 2026.
The Arkansas-based pediatric therapy provider operates locations across Arkansas, Texas, Missouri and Oklahoma and provides therapy, education and specialized services for children and families.
According to Pediatrics Plus, the national recognition reflects employee satisfaction in areas including work-life balance, compensation, benefits, career development and workplace culture.
The ranking was developed by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights and Aniline. The evaluation included analysis of more than 1.3 million online employee reviews and measured organizations across 6 workplace categories.
Pediatrics Plus CEO Scott Street said the recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the employees who provide care to children and families each day.
Street said the organization has worked to create a culture where therapists, educators, clinicians and support employees feel valued and empowered to perform meaningful work.
The recognition comes as Pediatrics Plus continues expanding its services across Arkansas and neighboring states.
The organization provides developmental preschool programs, outpatient therapy clinics and The Farm, its nature-based therapy program.
The Farm combines clinical therapy with outdoor activities designed to help children develop independence, confidence and practical life skills.
The program includes a farmhouse, barn, chicken coop and greenhouse. Children can participate in occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and applied behavior analysis while also caring for animals, gardening, harvesting produce and participating in sensory-friendly outdoor activities.
Newsweek Editor-in-Chief Jennifer Cunningham said the 2026 ranking is intended to highlight health care employers that place an emphasis on workforce satisfaction, workplace culture and long-term professional growth.
Pediatrics Plus says the recognition reinforces its mission of helping children and families while also creating an environment where health care professionals can build long-term careers.
