Brandon Britten and Sierra Britten are each being held on a $1 million bond as an investigation continues, according to a press release issued Friday, September 11, by Sheriff Shawn Stephens.

d a probable cause statement to Circuit Judge Kimberly Edington Friday morning.
According to Sheriff Stephens, Judge Edington determined there was probable cause for the arrests of Brandon Britten and Sierra Britten and set bond at $1,000,000 each.
The sheriff said the investigation remains ongoing.
The case will be presented to the prosecuting attorney’s office, where prosecutors will determine what formal charges will be filed.
Sheriff Stephens also said his department is continuing to work with the local FBI field office for the purpose of seeking possible federal indictments.
No additional information regarding potential federal charges or a timetable for presenting the case to prosecutors was included in Friday’s release.
