The Jacksonville Police Department announced a temporary northbound traffic shift onto new pavement, overnight closures of certain northbound ramps, and the opening of other northbound ramps, scheduled to run from 8 p.m. Sunday, September 13 through 5 a.m. Monday, September 14.
