The Arkansas Country Music Awards has announced 4 new members of its 2027 Hall of Fame class.
Country star Tracy Lawrence, Grammy-winning musician Jim “Moose” Brown, songwriter and performer Dave Gibson, and early country music pioneer Eck Robertson will be inducted during the organization’s 10th annual awards show.
The ceremony is scheduled for Monday, June 7, 2027, at Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas campus in Conway.
TRACY LAWRENCE
Tracy Lawrence became one of country music’s most recognizable voices during the 1990s.
Lawrence was raised in Foreman, Arkansas, and went on to build a successful career with a long list of hit records and major country music honors.
His induction will recognize both his career in country music and his Arkansas roots.
JIM “MOOSE” BROWN
Jim “Moose” Brown is a Grammy-winning musician and native of Nettleton, Arkansas.
Brown has built a respected career as a musician and songwriter and has worked extensively within the country music industry.
His selection adds another Northeast Arkansas musician to the state’s country music Hall of Fame.
DAVE GIBSON
Dave Gibson is an accomplished songwriter and performer whose work has contributed to the country music industry both on stage and behind the scenes.
His induction recognizes a career built around songwriting, performance and contributions to country music.
ECK ROBERTSON
Eck Robertson is remembered as an early country music pioneer and fiddler.
His legacy reaches back to the formative years of recorded country music, making his selection a recognition of the genre’s earliest history.
2027 AWARDS SHOW
The 2027 Arkansas Country Music Awards will mark the organization’s 10th annual awards show.
The ceremony will take place June 7, 2027, at Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas campus in Conway.
The event will include the Hall of Fame inductions along with recognition of performers, musicians and industry professionals connected to Arkansas country music.
