Vendors Invited to Participate in 2026 Cleburne County Ozark Trail Festival

Vendors, food trucks, artists, crafters, businesses and community organizations are invited to participate in the 2026 Cleburne County Ozark Trail Festival, scheduled for Friday, October 2, and Saturday, October 3, at Spring Park in Heber Springs.

Hosted by the Rotary Club of Cleburne County, the annual 2-day festival will give vendors an opportunity to showcase their products, food, services and organizations to visitors from Cleburne County and surrounding Arkansas communities.

Spring Park is located at 123 Frauenthal Street in downtown Heber Springs.

VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

The Ozark Trail Festival brings residents and visitors together for a full weekend of entertainment, shopping, food and community activities.

The event provides an opportunity for many types of vendors and organizations, including:

Arts and crafts vendors

Food trucks and food vendors

Boutiques and retail businesses

Home-based businesses

Farmers and specialty food producers

Churches

Nonprofit organizations

Civic groups

School organizations

Community service agencies

Health and wellness providers

Local employers

Outdoor recreation businesses

Tourism organizations

Participating vendors can introduce their products and services, connect with potential customers and increase awareness of their businesses or organizations during one of Cleburne County’s largest annual community celebrations.

VENDOR REGISTRATION

Vendors interested in participating should contact the Rotary Club of Cleburne County through the Ozark Trail Festival Facebook page for registration and additional information.

Interested vendors can use the Facebook page to obtain current information about space availability, fees, setup instructions, vendor requirements and other festival policies.

Vendor spaces may be limited, so interested businesses and organizations are encouraged to request registration information early.

FULL WEEKEND OF ACTIVITIES

The Cleburne County Ozark Trail Festival will feature a wide variety of activities and entertainment for visitors of all ages.

Planned festival attractions include:

Vendors

Food trucks

Live music

Run to the Wagon 5K

Car show

Poker run

Dog show

Cornhole

Community parade

Silent auction

Family entertainment

Additional schedules and information about individual festival activities may be announced as the event approaches.

RUN TO THE WAGON 5K

The Ozark Trail Festival Run to the Wagon 5K Fun Run will begin Saturday, October 3, at 8 a.m.

The race will start at Julian Heating and Air, located at 123 East Main Street across from Spring Park.

Preregistration for the in-person 5K is $30, plus any applicable processing fee. A virtual 5K option is available for $25, plus any applicable processing fee.

Participants registering after September 20 are not guaranteed an event shirt.

Awards will be presented to the top overall male and female runners, 2nd-place overall male and female runners and the top male and female finishers in several age categories.

Registration and additional race information are available through the official RunSignup event page.

SILENT AUCTION

The Ozark Trail Festival’s silent auction will remain open during the festival and is scheduled to close Saturday, October 3, at 7 p.m. CDT.

The auction gives businesses and community members another opportunity to participate in the festival while supporting the Rotary Club of Cleburne County’s charitable and educational projects.

SUPPORTING CLEBURNE COUNTY STUDENTS

Proceeds from the Ozark Trail Festival and Run to the Wagon 5K benefit the Cleburne County Rotary Scholarship Program.

The scholarship program supports local high school students attending Cleburne County schools.

By participating in the festival, vendors can promote their businesses and organizations while also helping support educational opportunities for young people in the community.
