The City of Heber Springs just shared a RADICAL transformation of the local water tower. Local work crews gave the tower a much-needed scrub. You can view the photographs below.

The city initiative was announced on social media:

“Complete Restoration is beginning to make a dent in the mildew on the East Tank!

You can see how big the scope of this project really is when you compare the size of the man against the size of the tank!”
