Harding University senior fullback Andrew Miller of Searcy has earned another national honor, landing at No. 92 on The Athletic’s annual College Football Freaks List.
The annual list recognizes college football players whose exceptional strength, speed, size and athletic ability distinguish them from other competitors.
Miller, a six-foot-one, 225-pound former Harding Academy standout, rushed for a school-record 2,048 yards and 28 touchdowns during the 2025 season. He averaged 7.2 yards per carry while helping power one of the most productive rushing offenses in college football. Harding University Athletics
The Searcy native finished as the national runner-up for the 2025 Harlon Hill Trophy, presented to the NCAA Division II College Football Player of the Year. He also received the Darren McFadden Award as Arkansas’ top collegiate running back. Harding University Athletics
Miller earned First-Team All-America recognition from the Associated Press, Walter Camp Football Foundation, D2Football.com, D2CCA and Don Hansen Football Committee. He enters his senior season with 3,618 career rushing yards and 50 touchdowns. Harding football roster
Harding finished the 2025 season with a 15-and-1 record and advanced to the NCAA Division II national championship game. The Bisons established NCAA all-division single-season records with 6,943 rushing yards and 88 rushing touchdowns.
The Bisons have been selected as the unanimous preseason favorite to win the Great American Conference. Harding received the maximum possible 11 first-place votes in the conference coaches’ poll. The 2026 season will be Harding’s first under head coach Roddy Mote. Harding University Athletics
