Conway Corp has moved to Phase 3 of its Emergency Water Curtailment Plan as Brewer Lake, the city’s primary water source, remains below normal levels following recent dry conditions.

The new water-use restrictions take effect today and limit lawn watering to 1 day each week based on a customer’s street address.
PHASE 3 LAWN-WATERING SCHEDULE:
Even-numbered addresses:
Saturday only
Odd-numbered addresses:
Sunday only
Conway Corp is encouraging customers to limit irrigation as much as possible, including on their designated watering day.
Customers may add water as needed to maintain the water level of an existing swimming pool. Filling an empty swimming pool is prohibited under Phase 3.
Conway Corp CEO Bret Carroll thanked customers for the conservation efforts they have already made and asked the community to reduce its water use further.
“We are grateful to our customers for the conservation efforts they have already made,” Carroll said. “Moving to Phase 3 means we need our community to reduce water use even further. Every gallon saved helps protect our water supply, and we are asking everyone to continue working together and be intentional about how they use water.”
Conway Corp said it will continue monitoring water levels at Brewer Lake.
Customers are being asked to conserve water and only use it when absolutely essential while Phase 3 restrictions remain in effect.
