One of the most recognizable waterfront properties on Greers Ferry Lake is about to enter a new chapter.
A group of Arkansas business leaders led by Phil Pulley, co-founder of Bad Boy Mowers, has announced plans to auction The Narrows Condominium Complex and the historic former Greers Ferry Yacht Club, giving buyers a rare opportunity to own a piece of Greers Ferry Lake history.
The property has served for years as a private retreat for Pulley, family members, friends and business associates. Centered around the historic former Narrows Inn near the iconic Narrows Bridge, the retreat has long been one of the lake’s most recognizable destinations.
“This property has created many great memories over the years,” Pulley said.
“What began as the old Narrows Inn became a private retreat for our family, friends and business partners on one of the most beautiful spots on Greers Ferry Lake. As life has changed and the owners spend more time at our other properties and focus on other business, we felt it was time to give others the chance to enjoy and create their own memories here.”
Pulley said the group hopes new owners will continue the property’s legacy.

Unique Auction Format
The auction will be conducted by SOLDasap LLC, an Arkansas-based real estate auction company headquartered in Paragould.
Rather than selling the property as one package, the auction will use the company’s Buyer’s Ultimate Choice format. That allows bidders to purchase:

Advanced bidding software will determine which combination of bids produces the greatest overall value before awarding the property.
A Landmark on Greers Ferry Lake
The Narrows occupies one of the most historic locations on Greers Ferry Lake.
The lake itself covers approximately 40,000 acres and was created after construction of Greers Ferry Dam. The reservoir was officially dedicated by President John F. Kennedy in October 1963, helping establish it as one of Arkansas’ premier recreation destinations.
