Families across Independence County are invited to enjoy a free breakfast, receive baby essentials, and connect with valuable community resources during the Hope Lutheran Family Life Pantry event this Saturday, July 18.

The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, located at 2415 East Main Street in Batesville. Organizers remind families that doors will close promptly at 10:45 a.m.
Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy a FREE breakfast featuring pancakes, breakfast casseroles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, juice, water, and coffee.

In addition to breakfast, the Family Life Pantry will provide a variety of essential items for babies and young children while supplies last, including diapers, Pull-Ups, baby wipes, infant formula, baby cereal, and baby food.
Families visiting the pantry for the first time who wish to receive children’s items are asked to bring a birth certificate for each child age five and under.
The event will also feature a Community Resource Table, where families can learn about free medical services, local food pantries, and other organizations offering assistance throughout the area.
Children will have the opportunity to choose from a selection of FREE books available in both English and Spanish, and a supervised children’s play room will also be available during the event.
Hope Lutheran Family Life Pantry continues to serve a growing number of families in the Batesville area, providing food, baby supplies, educational materials, and connections to community services throughout the year.
Anyone with questions about Saturday’s event or pantry services can call 870-793-3078 and leave a message. A volunteer will return the call as soon as possible.
Organizers encourage anyone who could benefit from the event to attend and take advantage of the free meal, children’s supplies, educational resources, and family-friendly activities.
