First Community Bank announced Javier Rodriguez has joined the bank’s mortgage team in Batesville as a secondary mortgage originator.
Rodriguez will assist customers with residential mortgage lending while helping guide individuals and families through the homebuying process across the Batesville area.
Amy Tuggle, senior vice president and secondary mortgage production manager for First Community Bank, said Rodriguez brings a strong passion for serving others and building relationships within the community.
Rodriguez brings approximately 7 years of sales experience, most recently working in the automotive industry helping customers navigate major financial decisions.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and says he is passionate about helping the local Hispanic community better understand financial opportunities and lending options.
Rodriguez said he looks forward to helping families achieve homeownership while providing guidance, trust, and accessible lending solutions.
