Rising star American Idol contestant Hannah Harper, 26, of Willow Springs, Missouri, is gaining national attention after advancing into the Top 5 during this week’s live results show.
Harper impressed judges including Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Carrie Underwood with standout performances during a Taylor Swift-themed round and a second round highlighting California-inspired songs.
During the show, Harper performed “Mean” and later delivered a strong rendition of a Merle Haggard classic, earning praise for her confidence and star power.
America’s live vote advanced Harper into the Top 5 alongside fellow contestants, while two singers were eliminated from the competition.
