Aircraft Structural Inspections will celebrate the grand opening of its new facility with a community open house this Friday, May 15, 2026, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The new facility is located at 400 Killin Lake Road in Mountain View, just behind the high school near the water tower.
Organizers say the public is invited to attend and enjoy refreshments, hot dogs, music, and guided tours of the facility during the event. Citizens Bank and Angler’s are also participating in the celebration.
Aircraft Structural Inspections, also known as ASI, is a nondestructive testing company and FAA Repair Station CRS#1NPR910B specializing in aviation and aerospace inspections.
Company officials say the expanded facility will support continued growth in inspection services while also allowing the company to expand into wheel and brake overhaul services for business and commercial aircraft.
ASI’s mission is focused on providing high-quality inspection services and training programs designed to improve aviation safety.
Nondestructive testing, commonly known as NDT, uses specialized techniques to evaluate materials and systems without damaging the equipment being inspected. The process helps save time and money while maintaining safety standards in aviation and manufacturing industries.
Business hours for Aircraft Structural Inspections are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
