The Harlem Globetrotters game originally scheduled for Saturday, January 24, at Simmons Bank Arena has been postponed due to inclement weather and travel safety concerns.
Event organizers announced the game has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 11, at 2:00 p.m.
Officials say all tickets will remain valid for the new date. However, ticket holders who are unable to attend the rescheduled game may request a refund through Friday, February 20.
To be eligible for a refund, tickets must have been purchased through official arena sales channels. Tickets that were transferred to another individual must be transferred back to the original purchaser in order for a refund request to be processed. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Ticketmaster customers will receive instructions directly from Ticketmaster customer service. Those who purchased tickets in person at the Simmons Bank Arena box office must notify the box office if they wish to request a refund.
