Disturbing allegations against a Conway man.
George Samuel Baker, 67, of Conway, Arkansas, was arrested on May 29, 2025, by the Conway Police Department. He faces three counts of second-degree sexual assault, classified as a Class B felony. He reportedly took inappropriate pictures of a minor while the alleged victim was alone.
Conway Man Arrested After Allegations Involving A Minor
According to case files, the charges stem from incidents between May 1, 2022, and January 17, 2025, involving a juvenile victim, K.W. Court documents allege Baker engaged in sexual contact with the minor under various circumstances, including forcible compulsion and exploiting his position of authority.
According to the affidavit, K.W. reported Baker made inappropriate comments, took photos of her in a bikini, and engaged in unwanted physical contact. She described incidents occurring at Baker’s home, often when others were not present.
Detective Wesley Pence’s investigation, including K.W.’s forensic interview, detailed Baker’s actions, such as removing her clothing and touching her inappropriately. The Faulkner County Prosecutor’s Office approved the charges based on this evidence.
Baker, residing in Conway, was booked into custody with no prior felony history noted. A warrant for his arrest was issued on May 28, 2025, following a judicial finding of probable cause.
