The North Little Rock Fire Department released a horrifying video of children playing on ice. They accidentally fall through while skating. You can watch the video of the footage below.
A Warning From North Little Rock Fire Department
According to the fire department:
“This video, shared by brave, caring parents who also happen to be friends and work alongside the Fire Department, is a firsthand account of how quickly things can go wrong.”
The fire department praised the family for showing the public how decisions can turn dangerous:
“It only takes a second. A single misstep. After a moment of thinking, It’ll be fine. That’s why their parents, who lived through this terrifying experience, chose to share their story. It’s not easy to relive moments like these, but they hope that by doing so, others will see just how real the danger is. Our hearts go out to the family, and we deeply respect the parents for their courage in sharing this experience so that others might learn from it.”
