According to KARK, Arkansas officials with Arkansas Energy & Environment declared an Ozone Action Advisory for Thursday for central Arkansas. They’re saying air pollution could hurt citizens.

Residents with respiratory issues like asthma and bronchitis are vulnerable to this reported ozone exposure. They’re being told not to go outside by these officials.
The state officials are also telling residents to avoid ground-level ozone formation as well.
