She’s accused of evidence tampering and driving while her license was suspended.

Heather Leahana Ingram, a 46-year-old woman from Mc Rae, was arrested on December 23, 2024, at 5:10 PM. You can view her mugshot below. McRae is approximately a 12 minutes drive from Searcy, Arkansas.

McRae Woman Accused Of Evidence Tampering And Other Crimes

Details of the arrest were released by Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office.

Ingram faces multiple charges including possession of Schedule IV and V controlled substances.

Ingram is also charged with tampering with physical evidence and driving while her license was suspended.

Additional charges include possession of drug paraphernalia, classified as a misdemeanor.

Her court date is set for December 27, 2024, at 8:00 AM.

In Arkansas, evidence tampering is defined under Arkansas Code § 5-53-111.

It is considered an offense when a person alters, destroys, suppresses, removes, or conceals any record, document, or thing with the purpose of impairing its verity, legibility, or availability in any official proceeding or investigation.
