A Marshall man has been sentenced to 80 years in prison after pleading guilty to 40 felony counts involving Child Sexual Abuse Material following an Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigation.
Richard Allan Bradley, 34, of Marshall, pleaded guilty September 28, 2026, in Searcy County Circuit Court.

Circuit Judge H.G. Foster sentenced Bradley to 80 years in the Arkansas Division of Correction.
INVESTIGATION BEGAN WITH CYBERTIPLINE REPORTS
According to Arkansas State Police, the investigation focused on Bradley’s possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material, along with sexually explicit online communications with people who identified themselves as children.
The investigation included CyberTipline reports submitted through the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Investigators also obtained search warrants for online accounts and conducted forensic examinations of electronic devices.
Authorities said investigators recovered images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of children.
Investigators also found online communications in which Bradley allegedly solicited explicit material from individuals who said they were between 10 and 16 years old.
According to Arkansas State Police, Bradley also sent Child Sexual Abuse Material during those conversations and paid for explicit images and videos.
SEARCH WARRANT EXECUTED IN MARSHALL
Arkansas State Police Special Agents executed a search warrant at Bradley’s Marshall residence on December 10, 2025.
Investigators seized 9 cellphones during the search and arrested Bradley.
The Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force led the investigation.
Other Arkansas State Police personnel and the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office also assisted.
80-YEAR PRISON SENTENCE
Bradley received a 20-year sentence on each of the 40 felony counts.
The court ordered 4 of those sentences to run consecutively.
The remaining sentences will run concurrently.
That resulted in a total prison sentence of 80 years.
Bradley was also ordered to register as a sex offender.
