The Van Buren County Master Gardeners Plant Sale was a major success Saturday morning in Clinton as gardening enthusiasts packed the event before doors even opened.

A long line formed outside ahead of the 9 AM start time as residents from across Van Buren County and surrounding areas gathered to shop from a wide assortment of plants and gardening items. Visitors also received free seeds to help start home gardens this spring.
Organizers said the annual event saw strong local and regional participation, with many attendees arriving early to get first pick of flowers, vegetables, herbs, and landscaping plants.
The event highlighted the growing interest in gardening and community agriculture across Central Arkansas while bringing together gardeners of all experience levels.
Community members praised the large selection, friendly atmosphere, and educational opportunities offered during the sale.
