Community leaders, business professionals, and residents gathered Thursday night at the annual Heber Springs Chamber of Commerce Banquet to celebrate 3 individuals whose dedication and leadership continue to shape the future of the community.
The evening featured the presentation of the Hall of Honor Award, Citizen of the Year Award, and Community Service Award.

Gary Redd was recognized as the 2026 Hall of Honor recipient for more than 2 decades of service throughout Heber Springs and Cleburne County. Since moving to Heber Springs in 2001 with his wife Tonya and daughter Catherine, Redd has served in leadership positions with the Rotary Club of Heber Springs, the Chamber of Commerce, Baptist Health Foundation of Cleburne County, ASU-Heber Springs, the Heber Springs School Board, and Eden Isle Corporation. Redd also helped lead the $4 million sewer infrastructure project connecting Eden Isle’s sewer system to the city of Heber Springs, helping improve infrastructure while protecting the water quality of Greers Ferry Lake.

Ashley Adams was named the 2026 Citizen of the Year for her leadership and community involvement. Adams serves as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Centennial Bank and has held leadership roles with the Rotary Club of Cleburne County, the Heber Springs Housing Authority, Cleburne County Cares, the ASU Adult Education Advisory Board, and the Cleburne County Economic Development Committee.

The Chamber also recognized Toi Logan with the 2026 Community Service Award for her volunteer efforts throughout Heber Springs. Logan has donated countless hours supporting Chamber events, Freedom Fest, the Heber Springs Christmas Parade, school fundraisers, and the annual Back to School Bash.
The annual Chamber Banquet remains one of the community’s biggest celebrations of leadership, volunteerism, and local pride in Heber Springs.
