Heber Springs Schools Thank ASU–Searcy LPN Students for Assisting with Scoliosis Screenings

Heber Springs Schools are extending a special thank you to LPN students from Arkansas State University–Searcy for their assistance with middle school scoliosis screenings.

School officials say the students’ professionalism, compassion, and willingness to serve made a meaningful difference for students during the annual health checks. The partnership provided hands-on clinical experience for the nursing students while helping ensure early detection efforts and overall student well-being on campus.

Administrators praised the students for bringing real-world healthcare expertise to Heber Springs Middle School and for representing their program with excellence. School leaders emphasized that strong community partnerships play an important role in supporting student health.

Heber Springs Schools expressed gratitude for the collaboration and thanked the LPN students for investing their time and care into local students.
