The Arkansas Bankers Association has recognized Landon Downing, Vice President of Commercial Lending and Director of Community and Customer Engagement at Citizens Bank, with the prestigious Bill Holmes Leadership Award. The award honors Downing’s commitment to servant leadership and his impact on Arkansas’s banking and business community.

Downing was celebrated at the 2025 Ascending Leadership Conference in Little Rock. Beyond banking, he serves as Commissioner of the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, President of the Jamestown Crag Foundation, Board Chair of IMPACT Independence County Foundation, and a board member of the Wood-Lawn and Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce.
