He’s running.

Chad Brown has officially declared his candidacy for Fifth Division Circuit Judge, serving Faulkner, Van Buren, and Searcy Counties. After thoughtful consideration and prayer, he seeks community support and votes to succeed Judge H.G. Foster.

Candidate Announces Run From Van Buren County

Brown, a Van Buren County native, has been married to Nickie Brown for 23 years. Both are proud UCA alumni and have lived in Faulkner County for 12 years.

A veteran, Brown served in the Army Reserves with Conway’s Bravo Company, 489th Engineer Battalion, and deployed to Iraq in 2003. He and Nickie settled in Conway, where they welcomed their children, Sam and Gracie.

In 2012, the Browns returned to Clinton to raise their family. Brown’s deep ties to the region fuel his commitment to serve as circuit judge.

With 15 years of legal experience, Brown has served as deputy prosecutor, city attorney, and county attorney across the three counties. His private practice includes civil litigation, family law, and probate.

Brown is actively seeking voter support and approximately 2,000 signatures to secure his ballot placement. He invites residents to sign petitions at his Clinton office or arrange in-person visits.

He looks forward to meeting voters and earning their trust to serve as the next circuit judge for Faulkner, Van Buren, and Searcy Counties.
