Authorities executed the warrant at 645 East German Lane, near Florence Mattison Elementary School. Six CyberTips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, reported by Google, triggered the investigation.
Anderson admitted to using email and phone accounts tied to 133 uploaded CSAM files during a post-Miranda interview. Thousands of additional files are under review from warrants served to Yahoo and Google.
The Faulkner County Prosecuting Attorney charged Anderson with multiple counts of violating A.C.A. § 5-27-602. The charge, a Class C felony, involves distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.
Electronic devices were seized from his residence as evidence. Anderson was booked into Faulkner County Jail without incident.
His original court date is set for September 30, 2025. The case, filed as 23CR-24-334, remains under investigation.
