Beebe police are investigating the death of a 20-year-old man who was found unresponsive along West Georgia Street early Sept. 2.
According to information released by police, the Beebe Fire Department was dispatched after a caller reported finding a man lying unresponsive off the side of the road.
The caller immediately began performing CPR and continued until first responders and emergency medical personnel arrived and took over lifesaving efforts.
Police later identified the man as 20-year-old Joseph Vincent.
Vincent was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police said investigators found no visible signs of physical marks or trauma on Vincent.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation, and officials have not announced a cause of death.
Police said Vincent’s family has been notified.
Beebe police also thanked the citizens who were at the scene and attempted to provide aid before emergency crews arrived.
