First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Stephen Longinotti to senior vice president, mortgage loan originator.
Based in Searcy, Longinotti serves customers throughout Arkansas and is licensed to originate mortgage loans in all 50 states. He helps homebuyers and homeowners find financing and refinancing options tailored to their individual needs while continuing to build long-term customer relationships.
Longinotti joined First Community Bank in 2018 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry.

Longinotti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Arkansas.
Outside of work, Longinotti and his wife, Leah, own and operate a wedding venue in Floral, Arkansas. He also enjoys fitness, music, hunting and golf.
