Beginning April 1, 2026, White River Health hospitals and facility-based services are no longer in network for UnitedHealthcare commercial and Medicare Advantage plans after contract negotiations failed.

During the interview, Webb emphasized the organization’s commitment to patients across Batesville Arkansas and North Central Arkansas, while acknowledging the challenges this change presents for families navigating healthcare coverage.

VA patients

Patients undergoing active treatment, managing chronic conditions, or who are pregnant may qualify for Continuity of Care.
